- Struck by moving, including flying/falling, object – tools etc.
- Contact with electricity or electrical discharge – shock & arc flash.
- Welding, Cutting & Grinding.
- White finger.
- Injured while handling, lifting or carrying.
- Cuts.
- Contact with moving machinery – entrapment.
- Trapped by something collapsing/overturning – scaffolding, formwork etc.
- Struck by moving, including flying/falling, object – sheeting etc blown by high winds.
- ENVIRONMENT
- Acts of violence.
- Injured by an animal – wildlife, livestock, rats, snakes etc.
- Heatstroke.
- Hypothermia or Frostbite.
- Exhaustion.
- Anxiety.
- Slips, trips or falls on same level.
- Burns.
- Deafness.
- Strike against something fixed or stationary.
- Ergonomics.
- Injured while handling, lifting or carrying.
- Deliberate traps etc.
